This policy explains what Instant Maintenance Services LLC (“IMS”, “we”) does with the information you send us through this website. We keep it short because we collect very little.

What we collect

We only collect what you choose to send us through the request-a-quote form:

• your name and company
• your email address and phone number
• the property address or location
• how urgent the work is, the type of service and a description of the work
• any photos you send with your request

Please don’t include photos of people or personal documents in your request.

How we use it

We use your information only to reply to your request: to contact you, assess and quote the work, schedule visits and follow up afterwards. We do not sell or rent your information, and we do not add you to marketing or mailing lists.

How your request reaches us

When you submit the form, your details are passed to Web3Forms, a form-processing service that delivers them to our inbox by email. It processes the data on our behalf and only to deliver it to us. Photos you email us arrive directly in our inbox. We keep requests in our business email, which runs on Google Workspace.

Cookies and tracking

This website does not use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies, and it does not track you across other websites. Your browser may store small technical files needed for the site to work, such as cached images.

How long we keep it

We keep quote requests for as long as we need them to handle your request and any work that follows, and for our normal business and tax records. After that we delete them. You can ask us to delete your information sooner.

Your choices

You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Contact us at info@instantmsllc.com and we will respond within a reasonable time.
