Instant Maintenance Services LLC was founded in 2026 to give commercial property teams in Milwaukee and surrounding areas one dependable, in-house maintenance partner.
Our story
Started to fix what frustrates property teams most.
Missed appointments, slow repairs and vendors you have to chase are part of daily life for many facility and property managers. IMS was set up in Milwaukee in 2026 to be the opposite: a vendor that shows up, does the work properly and keeps you informed.
Every job is performed by our own in-house team. No subcontractors, no handoffs between companies, and one point of contact who answers for the whole job. We work on commercial properties only, per job, with every job quoted up front.
Between them, our founders bring about 6 years of combined experience to every request.
The founders
The people behind IMS
Johnny Zoghbi
Co-founder
Johnny brings hands-on technical experience in HVAC and electrical work, along with minor appliance maintenance. He has led a dispatch team, helped onboard and train new team members, and managed vendor relations.
Savannah Bond
Co-founder
Savannah has managed multiple client accounts and worked as an onboarding specialist, training new hires. She writes standard operating procedures and training guides, and manages vendor relations.
